In general we will be following Iowa State Legislative and Governor’s guidance/mandates including but not limited to:

*masking is optional

*COVID infection will be treated the same as any other infectious disease

*in-person instruction will be the #1 priority

Other previous virus mitigation strategies will be discontinued, such as:

*no temperature monitoring for the full student population

*block schedule for the high school will be discontinued

*all students will eat meals in the cafeteria as opposed to eating in classrooms

*attendance at activites (sports/fine arts/etc) will not be limited

*dividers will be removed

*bus seating will not be limited to one student per alternative seat

We will continue to work closely with local and Iowa state Public Health offices in monitoring health situations and constantly strive to provide a safe environment for our students, staff and public.
